Return & Withdrawal Policy
At Energiashop, we aim to ensure that every shopping experience is safe and transparent. For this reason, we provide the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation for distance purchases.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without any charge. The 14-day period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated as the recipient receives the product.

3. Conditions for Product Returns
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- be in its original condition, without damage,
- not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and proper function,
- be returned with its complete packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary for basic inspection.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the product was defective upon delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 14 days from the date we were notified of the withdrawal. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless another method has been mutually agreed upon.
